Currently: Teaching LL.B Crash Course at S M Law College . Previously: 3 years experience of teaching to classes 1 to IX, X, XI, O' level, A' level and B.com. Much of the education today is monumentally ineffective. All too often we are giving young people to cut flowers when we should be teaching them to grow their own plants. The object of teaching a child should be to enable him to get along without his teacher. If a teacher only teaches in one way, then they conclude that the kids who cannot learn well that way do not have the ability, when in fact, it may be that the way the teacher is teaching is not a particularly good match to the way those kids learn.
