I believe in clearing the concepts of the students rather than making them rote, this i make possible by bringing my own level to students level of understanding. This helps me in clear understanding of his/her thoughts and thereby helping me catch his/her ideas and questions in mind. One best technique of my teaching is to give my student only the basic rules and steps, and letting him solve the problem himself, and making the student feel that i'm being taught by him/her, which gives both me and the student a friendly atmosphere of good question and answer. I really love the confident shining smile of my student at the end of this nurturing process.
